In order to modify or create a new property, you must add this component to the end of the tree to make the following components available:

These components are available on the toolbar only if you add a Generic Modifier component to the scenario tree.
Once you have added to the tree a component that is included in the previous list, all the other components (Imports, Modifiers, Exports and Miscellaneous) are unavailable on the toolbar.
