Multi Threader

This component runs as a system of parallel processing to decrease the data processing time.

When the Multi Threader component is inserted in a scenario tree, the IEC application will execute in parallel the next component configured in the scenario tree depending on the number of threads that you have chosen. You can therefore process many data collections at a time.

Example

You can set up a Multi Threader component before the Acquisition (by BART) component, the Acquisition (by CC) component, or the Rating (Batch charging) component.

To improve the data processing time, you provide the number of threads depending on your application. Determining the correct number of threads is empirical. You must try many values before correctly adjusting your Multi Threader component.

Number of Threads: Type the appropriate number of threads to execute your scenario in a running IEC application.
