BART Server manages the CDRs. It converts these CDRs and triggers the batch rating and charging operations processed by SAP CC Core Server. BART Server updates the stored CDRs according to the results of the charging operations.
Errors can relate to:
Business errors (bad configuration in the master data: customer master data or pricing catalog of the service provider)
System errors (communication failures, database failures)
Some possible error codes are:
2 - BAD_CONFIGURATION: Constant error when the price plan to which refers this CDR is badly configured.
3 - WRONG_PROPERTY_TYPE: One or several CDR properties have a wrong type regarding to the configuration of the chargeable item classes in the pricing catalog referenced by the contract or subscription assigned for this service usage. Check the master data in the SAP CC Core Server system.
4 - PROPERTY_NOT_FOUND: One or several CDR properties are missing in the CDR regarding to the configuration of the chargeable item classes in the pricing catalog referenced by the contract or subscription assigned for this service usage. Check the master data in the SAP CC Core Server system.
37 - SERVER_TIMEOUT: A server system timeout has occurred on SAP CC Core Server side.
