Creating Replenishment Proposals Automatically

Use

You can instruct the system to create replenishment proposals automatically.

Prerequisites

Procedure

You are in the supply-to-production table (transaction S2L).

  1. Select the supply segment that you want to plan.

  2. Choose .

    Automatic planning is carried out. The system creates replenishment proposals which are displayed in the list of planning elements.

  3. If necessary, change the quantities and dates of the replenishment proposals.

Result

The system creates replenishment proposals for the previously calculated missing quantities without, however, taking temporary shortages into account.

The replenishment proposals created by the system are included in the missing quantities calculation. The system adjusts the status of the supply segment. The corresponding replenishment elements are created when you save your data.
