  • Installed

    A competitor's products have been purchased or installed by the customer.

  • Deal

    Another competitor is currently competing with us for this customer's business.

Keep track of products from your competitors that may be of interest to your customers in the current deal. Add your own products to compare to the competitor products.

Visualize predecessor and successor documents of your opportunity.

Use opportunities to keep track of all information related to a sales deal by doing the following:
  • Creating new appointments, emails, call logs, sales quotes, tasks, emails, and cases

  • Adding attachments, competitors, involved parties, products, related entities, sales team members, and territories
