You can use guided selling to do the following:
  • Manage opportunities for accounts through the various sales phases.

  • Add products with pricing from SAP ERP

  • Add activites from proposals

  • Manage contacts and their roles

  • Collaborate with other team members using MS Teams

  • Create Sales Quotes

Drag and drop your opportunities between sales phases. The system controls which sales phases you can move your opportunities to.

Use sorting on column headings to sort your list of opportunities. Edit your opportunity data in the columns or open in detail view to add or create other items related to the opportunity.

Visualize the distribution of your opportunities in the following ways:
  • By sales phase

  • By expected value, across currencies

  • By status

  • By close date, across current and upcoming months

Choose the filter icon and enter or select values to use as filters for the list of opportunities. For example, to view only opportunities with a particular owner and date range, do the following:
  1. Choose the filter icon.

  2. Choose a range of start dates to include in the list.

  3. Choose a range of end dates to include in the list.

  4. Select one or more owners from the drop-down list.

  5. Apply the changes.

Your list of opportunities is filtered based on your criteria. You can adjust the selected values from the filter bar, or use the filter to refine your list further. The fields you used as filters remain in the filter bar for future use. Remove them with adaptation.
