Money Market transactions are listed in a short overview. You can add the amount data, interest rate and the new end of term. This function enables you to process the transactions that are waiting to be rolled over or given notice on very quickly.

Features

The fast-processing function allows you to select and process fixed-term deposits and deposits at notice for several company codes in one step. This function is restricted to certain key fields. It helps you save time by enabling you to carry out the majority of the repetitive daily tasks from one entry screen. You can also branch to the detail screen for normal entry.

Activities

To use the Fast processing function:

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Trading Next navigation step Collective Processing Next navigation step Time Deposit - Fast Processing End of the navigation path

  2. Enter your selection criteria on the initial screen. Choose Start of the navigation path Program Next navigation step Execute End of the navigation path or press the Execute button.

  3. On the following screen, you see a list of the key data for the money market transactions selected. Now you can add the total amount, interest rate, end of term and the interest handling for rollover (payment, capitalization or deferral).

  4. From this list, you can branch to the various processing functions shown at the top of the screen.

Carry out the following steps:

  • Position the cursor on a line of the list, in other words, on a transaction.

  • Then choose one of the processing functions in the application toolbar at the top of the screen.

  • By choosing Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Change Statistics End of the navigation path , you can get an overview of the changes made in time deposit fast processing function.
