Translating Texts
Use
You can translate language-specific texts that you have created with the object editor ( Description field) or the HTML Editor .
For the display language of an object, you can select the original language and any other languages for which there is a translation and that are permitted for target languages for translations.
Procedure
Translate Texts Created with the Object Editor

Open the object editor and select change mode. To do this, choose in the object editor menu.

Choose < .
The translation editor opens.

The language-specific text elements are displayed in a table. For each text element, a key and the text in the source and target language are displayed.
You can show or hide table columns. To do this, choose Settings .
If a target language is not displayed, choose Add New Language (pushbutton).

In the Source field, define the source language (dropdown list box).

Select the line for the text element to be translated in the table, and enter the text in the target language in the Target field.

Choose Copy .
Translate Texts Created with the HTML Editor

Open the object editor and select change mode. To do this, choose in the object editor menu.

Open the HTML Editor. To do this, choose in the menu of the object editor.

In the HTML editor, select change mode.

Choose the Edit Translations pushbutton.

In the Source field, define the source language (dropdown list box).

In the Target field, define the target language (dropdown list box).

In the right frame, click the title of the text block whose text you want to translate (for example, Use ).

Under HTML Editor , enter the text in the target language.

Choose Copy .

Save the documentation.
