Checks (SD-CAS-SA)

The following checks are carried out on a sales activity before it can be archived:

  • Residence time

  • Sales activity end date

Residence time

The residence time is set per sales activity type.

The system first checks whether the residence time set in Customizing for the sales activity has been exceeded. The residence time refers to the creation date of the document.

Sales Activity End Date

You can have the system check whether the sales activity has expired (sales activity end-date)

You can make this setting in Customizing for Sales and Distribution under Start of the navigation path Data Transfer and Archiving Next navigation step Archiving Data End of the navigation path .
