Checking Assignments of Collections in all Graphs to Translators for One Target Language

Prerequisites

Context

You have defined translation graphs, assigned collections to translation graphs, and assigned collections to translators into the various target languages defined in the graphs. You now want to check that every collection in every graph that you have defined as translation-relevant for a particular target language has in fact been assigned to at least one translator into that target language.

Procedure

  1. Call transaction Translation Administration (LXE_MASTER).
  2. On the Overviews Overviews tab page, choose Collections Collections.

    The Collections dialog box appears.

  3. Choose Select next to Graph.

    The Select Graph dialog box appears. All graphs are listed in numerical order.

  4. In the bottom right corner of the dialog box, choose Next Variant.

    The graphs are listed in alphabetical order.

  5. In the bottom right corner of the dialog box, choose Next Variant again.

    The graphs are listed according to target language.

  6. Select the target language whose collection assignments you want to check, and choose Execute Execute.

    This takes you back to the Collections dialog box. You have selected every collection that is assigned to a graph that is defined for translation into the target language that you selected.

  7. Under Edit Result, choose Translators.

    The Choose Target Language dialog box appears.

  8. Select the same target language as before.

    This takes you to the Collection by Language: <target language> dialog box.

Results

The collections are listed in alphabetical order according to the number of translators to which they are assigned for the selected target language. None of the collections listed under 0 Translators are currently assigned to a translator into the selected target language.
