New tab Object Page Configurations is now available to maintain the default configuration settings for the equipment, model, and system object page.

To reduce administration effort, from now on only premium account holders have to maintain prefix. The prefix is valid for its invitees as well. Prefix maintenance section is made non-editable in the Application Settings app for the invitee administrators.

Enable upload of new file types .deb, .tar, .tgzUpload of new file types, .msz files enabled.

The documents section in the object pages of model, equipment, and location by default opens in the All tab that lists all the relevant documents. The <From> field indicates the origin of the document, if it is assigned directly to the equipment or it is assigned to the relevant model, location or is added as tagged images.

Notifications can now be created from the Notification section of the equipment. If integration with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA is implemented, the new notifications can be pulled into the connected system for further processing.

Functions |
New application to define specifications on how the assigned objects are intended to operate. You can assign equipment, models, locations, or systems to a function. If the objects assigned to a function do not perform as per the specifications mentioned in the function then you can also create a functional failure for the same. You can also assign documents to the function. |

Indicators |

Sorting feature is enabled for Indicators section of the object pages.

You can personalize the indicator filters and columns in the Indicator section. When you login again the same filters and columns are displayed.

You can also display Alert Types of type error code for the selected equipment or model. |

You can create assessment of type Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).

You can view/assign the list of functions assigned to the selected object from the Assessment section.

You can view, assign, or remove all the functional failures to the selected function. And on selecting a functional failure, it lists all the failure modes assigned to the functional failure.

You can view the details of the selected failure mode including the RAMS.

You can view, assign, or remove the effects for the selected failure modes.

RCM detail view has an optional section called Consequence Evaluation under each effect, if the RCM template has a configured advanced checklist. Each effect on the master list displays a section called Recommended Mitigation Step.

You can also capture Preventive/Corrective Instructions and Observations.

New section RCM under Assessment in the Equipment, Locations, Models, and Systems object pages.

When an RCM is being performed for an Equipment/Location/System/Model, the following objects can be updated: Functions/Functional Failures/Failure Modes/Effects.

Operational context: You can assign documents for any object in In Revision state that is assigned to the assessment. The mapping of operational context is maintained for that assessment only.
