Header Record Data Elements - SAP Documentation

Purpose

The header record contains all pertinent information regarding the contents of the IDoc.

Integration

This information allows you to make sure that you are sending all of the appropriate information to the third-party payroll service provider, for example, you can check the payroll period, the type of payroll, and so on.

Features

Data element	Description
ABKRS Payroll area	Payroll area to which the employees with the same payroll schedule are assigned
ZEINH Payroll time units	The code for which type of payroll is included in the IDoc
PABRJ Accounting year	The company's fiscal year
PABRP Accounting period	The company's accounting period within its fiscal year
PERBE Start date	The date on which the Payroll For period begins
PEREN End date	The date on which the Payroll For period ends
VERSN HR: Outsourcing Payroll version	Identifies which type of payroll information is contained in the IDoc.
