If administrators configure email notifications and you provide email addresses, badge owners receive emails when their charging sessions start, stop, or finish.

The user identifier for the badge owner as defined in an external system, such as your customer relationship management (CRM) system.

If you enter a Valid From date, you only find badges with a validity period starting from this exact date.

The EVSE Code defines the charging station at which employees are entitled to have their charging costs reimbursed. This charging station is usually the one employees have at their home.

The SAP Concur User Login is the employee's login information for SAP Concur.

Recommendation

We recommend using the template to import a list of badges.

When using the template, make sure that you use a text editor to change the relevant fields. We recommend not changing the order of the fields shown in the template, and not removing any of the fields, even if you don't need them.

The required fields are auth_id, visual_number, and companyID. All other fields are optional. We recommend keeping both the optional fields and their separators, even if they remain empty.

Please note that you can only import a maximum of 4000 badges at a time.

To retrieve the companyID, open the Manage Companies app and download the list of companies by choosing Export. Open the .csv file. The companyID of each company is displayed as the ID in the list.

The status shows whether a badge is ready to be used:
  • Enabled, Unrestricted: the badge can be used and doesn't expire.

  • Enabled, Until: the badge can be used until the date specified in the status message.

  • Disabled, Starting on: the badge can be used as of the date specified in the status message.

  • Disabled, Badge inactive: the badge can't be used.

  • Disabled, Validity expired: the badge can't be used.

Select a badge to activate it or change its validity period.
