Select Create to create a company.

When creating a company, the fields Name and Description are mandatory.

You can only delete a company if it isn't assigned to any of the following hardware, locations and administrative objects:
  • Badges

  • Sites

  • Charging Setups

  • Tariff Setups

The field External Reference is used as a unique ID by other applications to refer to the company.

If you flag a company as a workshop company, you can use any badge to start charging sessions at all charging stations for this company. Any charging authorizations defined for the EVSEs for these charging stations are overruled.

If you then unflag a company as a workshop company, you can no longer use any badge to start charging sessions at all charging stations for the company. The charging authorizations defined for the EVSEs for these charging stations will then apply.

The currency you select is also the default currency for your tariff elements in the Define Tariff Elements app.

A charging scenario defines a set of parameters for your company. You can select the following charging scenario:
  • Charge At Home: Have your employees charge their vehicles at their homes and be able to reimburse them for their charging costs.
    Caution Once you have selected Charge At Home for a company, all future charging sessions eligible for reimbursement using this company appear in the Manage Reimbursements app. This step is irreversible for the selected company.
If you don't select a charging scenario here, you will have to configure your SAP Concur connection in the Manage Tenant Configuration app and all charging sessions eligible for reimbursement will appear in the View Reimbursements app.
Here you can choose a system connection you established between SAP E-Mobility and, for example, SAP Concur.
Note Please note, that you can only use one SAP Concur connection for each company, whereas it is possible to have multiple companies connected to the same SAP Concur connection.

Enter an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code, for example, FR.

Enter an ISO 3166-2 country subdivision code, for example, FR-06.

Enter a city name from SAP Concur.

Quick expense type from SAP Concur that is used for your SAP Concur expense.

You can choose the following option for the timestamps to be used:
  • Charging Session End: The timestamp for the end of the charging session
