Working Copy: This is the default status when creating a tariff setup. Only one tariff setup for each company can have this status.
Active: If you select the current date when activating a tariff setup, it is assigned this status. Scheduled tariff setups become active on the date you've assigned them. Each company can only have one active tariff setup.
Scheduled: If you select a future date when activating a tariff setup, it is assigned this status. You can have multiple scheduled tariff setups for each company as long as they have different activation dates.
Expired: A tariff setup receives this status once it reaches its validity end date or once another tariff setup with the same company becomes active.
Archived: You can archive expired tariff setups. Archived tariff setups can be viewed after selecting Yes in the Archived field in the header.
By choosing Activate, you can activate a tariff setup that has the status Working Copy or Scheduled. You can choose the date and time from which the tariff setup is active. If this date is in the future, the tariff setup is assigned the status Scheduled. You can also choose to activate the tariff setup now.

By choosing Archive, you can archive a tariff setup that has the status Expired. This action will also remove the tariff setup from the list. Archived tariff setups can be viewed after selecting Yes in the Archived field in the header.
You can choose Restore for an Archived tariff setup to change its status back to Working Copy and make it editable.
By choosing Clone, you can create an editable copy of the selected tariff setup. The Status of the new, editable version of your tariff setup is Working Copy. You can clone an Active, Expired, or Scheduled tariff setup.
By choosing Delete, you can delete a tariff setup that has the status Working Copy or Scheduled.
You can select a Valid From date after activating the tariff setup.
A tariff setup remains in the status Active until another tariff setup is activated, either manually or according to a schedule. After that, the tariff setup is set to the status Expired.
Green with a checkmark: All badges are assigned to a tariff.
Grey: Some badges aren't assigned to a tariff, but a default tariff is available that is used for the unassigned badges.
Orange with a warning: Some badges aren't assigned to a tariff, and no default tariff that is used for the unassigned badges is available.
Indicates whether this tariff is the default tariff for all badges included in the tariff setup that aren't assigned to a specific tariff.
View a list of all badges for the company that aren't assigned to a specific tariff.
Indicates whether this tariff is the default tariff for all badges included in the tariff setup that aren't assigned to a specific tariff.
You can assign badges to a tariff, if the tariff setup has the status Working Copy. You can also assign badges to tariffs in tariff setups with the status Active or Scheduled to be able to assign badges that have been added to the company after you created the tariff setups.
