Is the OCPP Parameters section empty?

If that's the case, the parameters couldn't be retrieved from the charging station.

That's usually why, in the column Registration Status, a charging station is shown as Pending after the onboarding.

To analyze the issue, continue the guided tour until the troubleshooting section.

It's possible that you'll need to add parameters manually later with the Add button.
