Before acquiring data, you can preview the data and apply filters by
selecting the
Preview and Select Data option. If a
query contains contexts or prompts, you must respond to them before data can
be acquired. When creating a query, you can set the following query
properties:
- Max Rows Retrieved: The maximum number of rows to be retrieved by
the query.
- Max Retrieval Time: The maximum amount of time a query can run (in
seconds).
- Retrieve Duplicate Rows: Select to retrieve duplicate rows.
The Visualize room opens, and you can start building charts and
analyzing the data. If you want to modify a dataset first, switch to the
Prepare room.
