Search for an Attendee
Attendee searches are performed on the Attendees tab in the Add Attendees dialog.
Attendee search is based on attendee type configuration for your organization and determines whether you see advanced or simple search options on the Attendees tab.
If your attendee type configuration provides both simple and advanced search options on the Attendees tab, in the simple search, you can click the More Search Options link to view the advanced search options. In the advanced search, you can click the Fewer Search Options link to view the simple search options.
You can also search for existing attendees.
To access the Attendees tab:
- With the expense open, click Attendees on the Details tab. The Attendees page appears.
- Click Add.
- Click the Attendees tab.
To perform a simple search:
- In the attendee type list, select the attendee type you are searching for. The Attendees tab refreshes with the appropriate search fields for the selected attendee type.
- In the simple search, start typing the name of the attendee. As you type, the search results appear.
- Select the attendee from the search results list. When you select the attendee, the Add Attendees dialog closes and the attendee is added to the Attendees page.
To perform an advanced search:
- Below the Attendee Type dropdown, click More Search Options.
- Click the appropriate attendee type, enter part of the name, etc., and click Search. The search results appear.
- Select the attendee(s) and then click Add to List to add them to the list of attendees for the expense.
