View and Add Attachments to the Cash Advance
Some companies allow the user to attach images to the cash advance. If this feature is enabled, the user will see the Manage Attachments link in the cash advance. Typically, you include or remove an attachment before you submit the cash advance for approval or when the approver or Cash Advance admin has requested it.
To add attachments:
- Click Expense > Cash Advances. The Cash Advances page appears.
- Click the appropriate cash advance tile. The cash advance page appears.
- Click the Manage Attachments link.
- Click Upload Cash Advance Attachment.
- Select the appropriate image file.
To delete an attachment:
- Click Expense > Cash Advances. The Cash Advances page appears
- Click the appropriate cash advance tile. The cash advance page appears.
- Click the Manage Attachments link.
- Click Delete.
To append additional images to create a multipage document:
- Click Expense > Cash Advances. The Cash Advances page appears
- Click the appropriate cash advance tile. The cash advance page appears.
- Click the Manage Attachments link.
- Click Append.
