View the Report Totals

To access the report totals:

  1. With the report open, click Report Details > Report Totals.
  2. Review the information.
  3. Click Close.

The following information appears. Depending on your configuration, you may not see all of this information.

Description

Expense Report

Amount Total: Total of the expenses listed on the expense report

Less Personal Amount: Total expenses marked as personal

Less Cash Advance Returns: Portion of the cash advance returned by the employee

Amount Claimed: Report total minus personal amount

Amount Rejected: Total amount not approved

Amount Approved

Company Disbursements

Due Employee: Amount due from the company to the employee

Cash Advance Utilized: Cash advance associated with the report

Company Paid to Credit Card XX: Amount to be paid by the company to the credit card

Total Paid By Company

Employee Disbursements

Owed Company: Amount to be paid by the employee to the company

Amount Due Credit Card XX: Amount to be paid by the employee to the credit card
