Create Project

To be able to create the service for data extraction, you need a service builder project.

Context

Procedure

  1. In the menu for SAP Gateway Service Builder (transaction SEGW), choose Start of the navigation pathProject Next navigation step CreateEnd of the navigation path.
  2. Enter the required data:

    1. Project name

    2. Description

    3. Project type: Service with SAP Annotations

    4. Generation strategy: Default

    5. The package where the new project should be created.

  3. Choose ContinueContinue.

    The project is created with the following structure.

    • Data model

    • Service implementation

    • Runtime artefacts

    • Service administration

  4. Save your project.
