Data Provision Using Source Systems

SAP BW provides mechanisms for providing data - master data (attributes, texts, hierarchies) transaction data, metadata - from various sources.

The following sections describe which sources are available for data access from and data transfer to SAP BW, explains how the sources are connected to the SAP BW as source systems. They also describe how the data can be transferred from the sources.
