Attendee's Training History (Report RHTHIST0)This report generates a training history for internal or external attendees. A training history is a list of all the training and education events attended by an attendee or for which an attendee is booked.
You can also start this report from the
Manager's Desktop
component (PPMDT). You access it in the
Employee
area under
Booking with History
(reports for training and education).
Selection
You can set parameters to determine the data output by the report.
Reporting period
You can specify any period for the reporting.
Standard selection screen
(only pre-report RHXTHIST)
If you select this indicator and choose
, the report branches to the more detailed selection screen of the main report RHTHIST0 before it is executed.
Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can select objects by status, for example. As a rule, you need not access the standard selection screen since the pre-report has sufficient data selection options. If you do not want to go to the standard selection screen, do not activate this parameter before you choose
.
Output
The report generates a list in the SAP List Viewer (ALV) Grid Control that can contain any of the following information depending on your layout specifications:
Name of business event types attended
Name of business events attended
Business event dates
Business event prices
Individual prices per person
Training and education costs per attendee

Set the required options on the selection screen.
Choose
to start the report.
On the list screen that is output, change the list layout to display data that interests you as required. Do so by choosing
