Displaying Owner 1099 Information Use this to display an owner’s year-to-date 1099 tax information (for any year that you specify).
The year-to-date values are the sum of the amounts from the owner’s check detail and any adjustments that are entered in the adjustment column. The check write jobs (regular checkwrite, manual checks, and void checks) generate and/or update these values.
At the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Logistics → Production and Revenue Accounting → Revenue Accounting → Revenue Distribution → Owner Checks → Owner 1099 Information.
The
Owner 1099 Info: Initial Screen
is displayed.
On that screen, enter the relevant data for your search.

Must be a valid company for the owner. If no company is selected, the information displayed will be summed across several companies in the event that the owner’s checks were issued by several different internal companies |

The tax year for which the 1099 information is required. This field will default to the current year if you do not enter a year |

Identifies the business associate for whom the 1099 information is being gathered |

Identifies the owner interest type to which the 1099 information applies. If no interest type is selected, the displayed information will be summarized across all the interest types |

Identifies the state to which the tax adjustments and 1099 information apply. If no state tax is selected, the displayed information will be summarized across all of the states where the owner holds properties which have interest |
Select Find Records.
The system displays a list of records based on your search criteria.
