Out-Of-Balance Report
Use
The Out-Of-Balance Report is a report in PRA Revenue Distribution, which runs automatically concurrent with the Revenue Distribution allocation process. It is used to check the balances in transactions, and to search for and display any transactions, in which there was an error, in which the debit and credit totals are not equal to each other. The report will then provide you with the keys that are required for looking into the issue further.
The situation described above – one in which there was an error of the debit not being equal to the credit, should not occur on a routine basis.
