Collecting Traces with the Security Troubleshooting Wizard

Context

You can use the Security Troubleshooting Wizard plug-in of SAP NetWeaver Administrator to collect traces for various OTP-related issues.

Procedure

  1. Open the Troubleshooting Wizard.
  2. Choose the Manage Incidents link.
  3. Choose the Copy to New button and copy the Authentication incident.
  4. And add the following trace locations:
    • com.sap.security.sso.authlib
    • com.sap.security.accesspolicies
    • com.sap.security.jaas.otp
    • com.sap.security.sso
    • com.sap.securelogin
    Note

    You need the com.sap.security.sso.authlib trace location to get OTP-related logs and traces.

  5. Collect the traces for the incident.
