SAP Ariba Sub Agreement with SAP Fieldglass SOW

Describes the process of creating MSOW and SOWs from an SAP Ariba Master Agreement and Sub Agreement.

This workflow begins with creating a Master Agreement and Sub Agreement in SAP Ariba Contracts and ends with creating an SAP Fieldglass statement of work (SOW). This workflow represents the differences from the Services Procurement with SAP Ariba Services POs workflow.

The following graphic illustrates the integration workflow.

  1. Create master agreement in SAP Ariba Contracts.

  2. SAP Fieldglass polls SAP Ariba for new or changed master agreement contracts using Ariba Contracts API.

  3. Create sub agreement in SAP Ariba Contracts.

  4. SAP Fieldglass polls SAP Ariba for new or changed sub agreement contracts using Ariba Contracts API.

  5. Create SOW request in SAP Fieldglass.

    1. Update SAP Ariba Contracts master agreement with SAP Fieldglass SOW ID using the Ariba Contracts API.

    2. Create a SOW with buyer user.

    3. The buyer user/users review and approve the SOW until it gets to the last level of approval.

    4. SOW sent to supplier for approval/acceptance.

    5. SOW is approved and created.

  6. SOW created in SAP Fieldglass.

  7. Finish the Services Procurement with SAP Ariba Services POs process.
