Definition

Authorization objectfor the complete deletion of personnel numbers in live systems. As this should occur only in exceptional cases, a double verification principle is implemented for this special authorization.

The authorization object is used by two roles: one that requests the deletion of the data and one that performs the actual deletion of the data. These roles must be assigned to two different users.

Use

The authorization object is used in the RPUDELPP report.

Structure

The authorization object contains the field PAYDELROLE . The two roles are defined using the domain HRPAD_DELETE_PERNR_ROLE (associated data element HRPAD_DELETE_PERNR_ROLE ).
