Updating Employee Records Using Muqeem (Passport & Iqama tab)

 

In the Passport & Iqama tab, you can search data from Al-ELM’s Muqeem system by sponsor and update employees’ records in SAP system. You can do the following:

Search

Searches for all expats under a specific sponsorship or individual expats by Iqama number. The data retrieved from Muqeem system consists of passport number, nationality (linked with nationality code in SAP). The system also returns the personal number if one of the following pieces of information is consistent between SAP system and Muqeem service:

  • Passport number and nationality

  • Border entry number

  • Iqama number

Employee

Updates employee data from Muqeem system to the Personnel Information (0002) and Personal IDs (0185) infotypes in SAP system. Employee data from SAP system is automatically retrieved if one of the following pieces of information is consistent between the system and Muqeem system:

  • Passport number and nationality

  • Border entry number

  • Iqama number

If no one of the above conditions is met, you can select the employee manually to retrieve the corresponding information.

With the employee selected in the SAP system, you can copy data from the Muqeem system for any or all of the fields provided.

Iqama

Updates employee’s Iqama record if it has been issued or renewed.

Mass Update

Updates employee personnel information (infotype 0002), and passport and Iqama details (infotype 0185) for the selected records.
