Use the Merchandising Reporting UI to access all available merchandising reports.

Merchandising Reporting provides insight into the core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of your merchandising efforts. Look up reports on click-through and conversion rate for a selected carousel, strategy, or product mix within a time frame of your choice to find out how many unique users interacted with your recommendations and how many of those users proceeded to place an order.

Note Merchandising Reporting is site aware so the data displayed on the page is related to the currently selected site.

Display a click-through or conversion rate report.

To do it, select the desired option from the drop-down menu.

Click-through rate indicates how many unique users clicked your recommendations while conversion rate indicates how many of them placed an order after interacting with your recommendations.

Group the results by carousels, strategies, or product mixes.

To do it, select the desired option from the drop-down menu.

Shows the KPI data table for your product mixes, strategies, or carousels.

Sometimes, depending on strategy settings such as A/B tests, or category and time restrictions, multiple product mixes can appear within a single strategy. The reason for that can be a running A/B test or that a different product mix was manually assigned to the strategy during the reporting period.

Similarly, multiple strategies can appear in a single carousel if, for example, the used strategy was changed for the carousel during the reporting period.

Finally, multiple strategies can use the same product mix, which is why you might see multiple strategies and carousels under a single product mix.

Note

The numbers visible in the Performance Results table represent unique users, meaning that the values represent the number of different users. For example, if one user clicks a particular carousel multiple times, it still counts as just one click. One user can generate two different clicks if they use two different devices, because clicks are counted per consent reference (device) and not per session. Due to this logic, the numbers on the lower nesting levels in the table do not always add up to the numbers on the higher nesting levels.

Find a product mix, strategy, or carousel by typing its name.

Shows the number of unique users who saw at least 80% of a carousel, strategy or product mix in the user’s browser window.

Note Due to older browsers' limitations, not all impressions can be captured. The 80% threshold is a default value that can be modified.
