Site Management user inteface allows administrators to create and edit sites.

Every SAP Commerce Cloud e-store should be integrated with its dedicated site configured in Intelligent Selling Services. Each site has its own product catalog, recommendations, and merchandising configuration and reports. This allows each e-store to be optimized for its unique audience and business drivers so that each e-store's KPIs can be improved independently.

Note The settings applied to the Administration business tooling are shared across all sites while the settings applied to the Merchandising and Development business tooling are site-specific, and thus not automatically copied over to a new site upon its creation.

Click to create a new site.

Shows the number of all created sites.

Shows the name of the site.

You can edit the site by clicking its name.

Shows the ID of the site.

Note The site ID is publicly available as it is used in the URL. Do not include any confidential or private information in this field.

Shows the status of the site.

Upon creation, the new site appears in the list with one of the following statuses:
  • Initializing...: Your site is initializing. To check the initialization status, refresh the page.
  • Active: Your site is active and ready to be integrated with SAP Commerce Cloud. Click the Integration Setup link to go to the related user interface, and follow the provided steps to complete the integration.
    Note The Integration Setup link is available only for active sites.
  • Initialization Error: An initialization error ocurred. Click Try again to repeat the initialization proces or contact product support if the issue persists.

Click on the link to integrate your site with SAP Commerce Cloud.

Provide the site description.
