Integration Setup allows you to easily integrate Intelligent Selling Services with SAP Commerce Cloud.

To complete the integration between SAP Commerce Cloud and Intelligent Selling Services, you need to provide specific client details for authentication purposes. This ensures that the data from SAP Commerce Cloud is successfully received by Intelligent Selling Services and then transferred back.

For the step-by-step instructions on how to integrate Intelligent Selling Services with SAP Commerce Cloud using the Integration Setup wizard, see Integrate with SAP Commerce Cloud.

Select Yes or No depending on your SAP Commerce Cloud version.

If you are using a version lower than 2105, this wizard can only generate an ImpEX to configure SAP Commerce Cloud. If you are using a higher version, you can either let the wizard generate an ImpEx or configure SAP Commerce Cloud straight away.

This step is mandatory.

If you select Yes, take note of the prerequisites and instructions.

This flow requires a personalizationSetupClient OAuth client in SAP Commerce Cloud. From version 2211.4 onwards, it gets generated automatically. For versions between 2105 and 2211.3, follow this procedure.

You need to activate the personalizationSetupClient. Give it a secret and add IP addresses to your SAP Commerce Cloud allowlist. After choosing Yes, take a look at the expandable Prerequisites and instructions section.

For more details, see the Integrate with SAP Commerce Cloud documentation, where the Yes choice is thoroughly described.

Provide the location of your SAP Commerce Cloud instance.

Example: https://backoffice.xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-public.model-t.cc.commerce.ondemand.com.
Note

For security reasons, the SAP Commerce Cloud Connection URL must incorporate the *.commerce.ondemand.com pattern. Customized URLs of the Backoffice endpoints are not supported by the Integration Setup wizard.

Provide the client secret for the personalizationSetupClient OAuth2 client.
