Archiving Safety Instructions with EHHSS_SI
Definition
You archive safety instruction documents by using the archiving object EHHSS_SI.
Use
You can use this archiving object to archive all data records that meet the following end-of-business conditions:

The safety instruction is in status Historic.

The residence period has expired.
Structure
Tables
This archiving object supports the archiving and deletion of data from various tables.
In Archive Administration (transaction SARA), you can check which database tables are affected.
Programs
You can find the programs used for the archiving objects in Archiving Object Definition (transaction AOBJ).
Classes
You can find the object-specific archiving class in Customizing for Maintain BO-Specific Archiving Objects under . This class is used to ensure that all data records are archived together with their related business objects.
In Archiving Object Definition (transaction AOBJ), you can also find the archiving class CHANGEDOCU that is used for archiving change documents.

This archiving object uses the standard settings as specified in Customizing for Archiving Object-Specific Customizing under .
ILM-Based Information for the Archiving Object
The data archiving object EHHSS_SI is ILM-enabled and assigned to the ILM object EHHSS_SI.
The following fields are specified in the ILM policy and are visible when you process ILM policies (transaction IRMPOL):

Available Time References
Date (LAST_CHANGE_DATE) when the safety instruction was set to Historic.

Available Condition Fields
Company Code (COMPANY_CODE) of the location for which the safety instruction is created.

Authorizations
To use the archiving functions, you need the authorizations provided by the authorization object S_ARCHIVE.
