Use this app to export all data from provisional specifications or anonymize a user.
This app lets you do the following:
Anonymize a user within the apps related to provisional specifications.
Export all data related to provisional specifications.
As an administrator you can export all the data in the apps related to the specification exchange scenario to your local system.
When you enter a date in the Data Older Than field, the tool considers all data that is older than the given date. Data on the given date is not considered.
The exported data is saved in a .zip file.

When exporting data, you can specify all data that leads up to a certain date. Only data that is older than the date in the Last Modified on field will be exported.
Use the calendar icon to select the date.
User data appears in provisional specifications in the fields Created by and Modified by. If you want to erase the data for example for an offboarded user, you can use data anonymization.
Enter a user ID to erase related information in provisional specifications. After anonymization, the user is displayed as Unknown.
