In SAP Easy Document Management, you can access document management through SAP GUI to display and change documents and folders.

Prerequisites

SAP GUI is installed.

Activities

You select the document or folder that you want to change or display and proceed as follows:

  • Choose Change with SAP GUI from the context menu, or choose SAP Properties (SAP Properties) Start of the navigation path Technical Details Next navigation step Change Document End of the navigation path.

  • Choose Display with SAP GUI from the context menu, or choose SAP Properties (SAP Properties) Start of the navigation path Technical Details Next navigation step Display Document End of the navigation path.
