Insertion of Customer-Specific Fields You can enhance certain confirmation transactions by adding further customer-specific fields.
To integrate customer-specific fields in the confirmation, you must perform the following worksteps:
Extend database table AFRU
You must add the customer include CI_AFRU to the database table AFRU. Table AFRU already contains an entry for the include. You create the customer include by double-clicking on the entry CI_AFRU in the table AFRU in transaction SE11. This takes you to the structure CI_AFRU.
Here you can assign the desired fields by entering a freely definable name in the
Component
field and specifying the data element in the
Component Type
field. You can include any number of data elements in the structure.
These data elements are then displayed as customer-specific fields in the confirmation.
Define confirmation parameters
In the IMG activity
Define Confirmation Parameters
, you must set the Operation Confirmation
and
Header Confirmation
indicators for the desired combination of plant and order type in the
Customer-Specific Fields
area of the
Individual Entry General
tab page.
Additional settings for the time ticket (single-screen entry)
In order for the system to show the
Customer-Specific Fields
subscreen in the time ticket, you must make the following settings in the IMG activity
Define Single-Screen Entry
:
You must choose the
Customer-Specific Fields of CI_AFRU
dynpro for the desired confirmation profile on the
Area Selection
tab page and specify a
pushbutton text
(such as
Customer Fields
). This text is then displayed as the heading of the subscreen in the confirmation.
In the
Show
field on the
Default Settings
tab page, you must specify whether the system is always to display the subscreen immediately the transaction is invoked, or only in the case of certain order types.
If you want to influence or change the representation of the subscreen, you must use the BAdI WORKORDER_CONFIRM_CUST_SUBSCR and change the default implementation of the BAdI.
The customer-specific fields appear in the following confirmation transactions:

In the case of the time ticket, the subscreen
