Editing Inspection Results Requests in the PI Assistant

Prerequisites

You have created the inspection results request in the master recipe and called the process instruction assistant (PI assistant); see Editing Process Instructions in the PI Assistant .

Procedure

  1. Check and, if necessary, correct the assignment of operations and phases for which inspection results are to be recorded.

  2. To add an operation or phase:

    Choose Operation or Phase .

    To specify the operation or phase number:

    1. Set the corresponding indicator to determine how the operation or phase number is to be assigned.

    2. If you have specified that a fixed value is assigned, enter the value.

    To delete an operation or phase:

    Select the characteristic and choose Op./Ph.

  3. Choose Copy and save the master recipe.
