FinProf Declaration Process
You complete your monthly/quarterly advance tax declarations with the FinProf Web application.
In some cases, companies have to submit multiple declarations during one period. These different single declarations can be combined in one XML declaration file.
The declaration process is as follows:
You (employer) send the declaration file.
The tax authorities immediately return a receipt message. This message includes the identification number (transmission number) of the declaration file. During further communication, the transmission number has to be used as the reference number.
The tax authorities update their database with the received data and send you an e-mail message to confirm that the file data has been processed. In addition, a notification message informs you about the possible rejection of one or more single declarations.
