Status Handler
You use the Status Handler
(RPDHDL9S
) report to link the B2A process and the TemSe file generated during the B2A process.
When a B2A process is deleted, the corresponding entries in the Status Handler are also deleted.
The Status Handler keeps track of the status of a B2A process on employer and employee level. The level of detail depends on the type of declaration.
The Status Handler
(RPDHDL9S
) report is used with the B2A Manager to provide more information regarding the status of data exchanged with government entities.
Each Status Handler record is linked to its corresponding B2A process via the Object ID
field. From each Status Handler record, you can access B2A processing data and related data as follows:
Original declaration data, using the HR-B2A: Transfer Data
(PB2ADATA
) table.
Feedback from the authorities, using HR-B2A: Transfer Data
(PB2ADATB)
table.
The level of detail required for reporting a status in the Status Handler determines which table is used to support the processing, as follows:
If the detail required is at a higher level than the employee, then the Document Status
(T5F99SR
) table is used. If you use this table for status handler processing, this means that the personnel number (PERNR
) is not included in key data.
If the detail required is equal to or lower than the employee, then the Subdocument Status
(T5F99SE
) table is used (DIMONA reporting is an exception for reasons described below).
Status Reporting: Higher than Employee Level (Table T5F99SR)
Table T5F99SR
is used in Belgium reporting process as follows:
BELCOTAX and DmfA reporting processes use this table to report the employer declaration status.
DIMONA reporting uses the table to report natural person declaration status. Rather than using the personnel number (PERNR
), the table uses natural person data (a combination of the employee’s unique social insurance number, and key employment data), to report DIMONA data at employee level.
The T5F99SE
table is not used because this table has the personnel number within its key. Since different employments can take place for the same person with several personnel numbers, the personnel number is irrelevant and is therefore not used.
Status Reporting: Employee Level or Lower (Table T5F99SE)
Data communicated to authorities (a document/declaration) is often divided into different parts which can have several independent statuses. Key aspects of this table include the following:
The subdocument identifier (EESID
) is used to identify the subdocument.
If required, the personnel number (PERNR
) can be used to link status exclusively to an employee. Note, however, it is not mandatory to use the personnel number as part of the key.
The form reference ID links the status of the employee’s declaration in the Status Handler to the status in the corresponding declaration.
The T5F99SE
table is used in Belgium reporting processes, as follows:
FinProf reporting uses the table to report on the employer monthly tax declaration. Different income types (fiches) can be declared, each with its own status.
BELCOTAX reporting uses the table to report an employee’s tax fiche declaration status. Within BELCOTAX reporting, an employee can have several fiches, and also several statuses for each fiche declared.
DmfA reporting uses the table to report worker declaration status. An employee can have a different status depending on the worker record. As a result, within a declaration there are declared contributions that do not depend on the employee (CUNP or Contributions Unrelated to a Natural Person); these can each have a different status.
Social Risk reporting uses the table to report employee declaration status.
