  • Commitments (funds block, funds reservation, funds precommitment, funds commitment) are updated in the payment budget and commitment budget.

  • Actual data is updated in the payment budget.

  • The update period for the payment budget is determined from the due date of documents in the corresponding fiscal year.

  • The update period for the commitment budget is determined from the posting/document date of documents in the current fiscal year.

Example Example

A funds reservation that was posted in 1997 and has a due date in 1998 will be updated in the commitment budget of 1997 and updated in the payment budget of 1998.
