Notes on Changing the Integration Scenario

You should not make the following changes in Customizing during production operations, because these changes could result in a change of the integration status and subsequently require extensive matching activities.

You change the integration date for scenario 2 in the following way:

  • You activate the integration for Human Resources Management

  • You deactivate the integration for Human Resources Management

  • The integration takes place at an earlier or later date

    The system issues a warning message in the following cases:

    If the participation of an employee changes in the scenario

    If the properties of the employee are changed

    If the settings in Customizing change.

Procedure

You must adjust the infotypes 0001, 0027, and if required 0014, 0015, 2001-2005 and 2010 for the employee in question. The adjustment must be done manually because the system does not automatically match the data.

You can determine the employees affected, for example, using an ad hoc query. You then need to split the infotypes 0001 and if required 0027 of this employee - 2 records must be created for these infotypes - and subsequently check the field content of the funds center and, if necessary, the fund, functional area and grant.
