Setting Requests to CompleteA request can be set to complete directly or when entering. If the request is already entered, you can set the Complete indicator in the change mode of the request.
The payment request must be complete and free of contradiction so that it can be set to complete. This rule includes that requests with the amount 0 cannot be set to complete.
Choose
The system executes checks in the background with regard to the consistency of the document and changes - after a successful check - the status of the payment request to "Complete".
If you change a request with the status "Complete", the system resets the complete indicator. You must then subsequently set the status to "Complete".
Complete requests can be approved or rejected in a next step.
Note
Not every request must be approved in a separate step: The release in the system no longer applies, if you have specified in Customizing that complete requests are automatically stored in the status "Approved". For further information, see the
