Use

You can use the Plan Data Transfer from CO (RFFMCOPI) program to copy data from a plan version in Controlling (CO) to a budget version in Funds Management. You use this program to generate similar budgets in Funds Management through the transfer of CO plan data.

In order to transfer the plan data from Controlling choose  Accounting Public Sector Management Funds Management Budgeting Former Budgeting Tools Plan Data Transfer from CO.
