Use

With program BPCARRM01 you can execute the generating or deleting of budget structure elements (BSP elements) for a financial area/fiscal year within the framework of a mass processing.

Prerequisites

This function is available for two customer groups:

Customers who use the standard Funds Management functions. These customers have selected the Funds Management (PSM-FM) field in the Funds Management Government implementation guide in IMG activity Activate Global Funds Management Functions (PSM-FM) .

Customers who use Funds Management Germany with more than one funds center in budget planning. These customers have selected the fields Funds Management (PSM-FM) and Local Authorities in the Funds Management Government implementation guide in IMG activity Activate Global Functions for Local Authorities. Another field that must be selected is the No Budgeting Hierachy in the IMG activity Define Global Parameters .

Customers who use Funds Management Germany functions, but only work with one funds center in the budget planning cannot use this function. The Generate Budget Object for Overall Budget function is available for these customers.

In order to define revenue account assignments as posting objects, you must first define the corresponding Customizing settings. For more information, see Define Revenue Account Assignments as Posting Objects .
