    • Evaluation Using Key Figures

      With this report, you can display key figures for a selected range of Funds Management (FM) account assignments.

  • Availability Control

    • Overview of Annual Values

      With this report you can display the hierarchy of availability control objects, such as budget addresses and posting addresses, as well as annual availability control values for specific account assignments.

    • Overview of Overall Values

      With this report you can display the hierarchy of availability control objects, such as budget and posting addresses, as well as overall availability control values for specific account assignments.

    • Display Inconsistencies

      With this report you can search for inconsistencies between availability control (AVC) data and the corresponding contributions from FM totals tables (commitments/actuals and budget data).

  • Cover Eligibility

    • Overview of Values of Automatic Cover Groups

      With this report you can display the list of automatic cover groups for the expenditure budget addresses, revenues increasing the budget (RIB) objects/revenue cover groups of RIB rules and expenditure posting addresses belonging to them for your FM area, fiscal year, and a selected availability control ledger.

  • Revenues Increasing the Budget

    • Overview of RIB Object Values

      This report provides you with an overview of all objects involved in the RIB process, organized in a hierarchical list. The relevant amounts are displayed for all RIB rules based on both RIB objects and revenue cover groups, that is, for their contributors (revenue budget addresses) and for their receivers (expenditure budget addresses).

  • Budget Text

    • BW Upload

      Using this report, you can upload long texts for budget text categories to BI.

      The long texts are uploaded into BI as documents (InfoProvider Data). Before the data upload, you must specify the InfoProvider on the selection screen. The documents are assigned to a combination of predefined InfoObjects.
