Kernel Parameters of the Integrated ITS

To display the profile parameters for the integrated ITS, use transaction RZ11. The names of the parameters for the integrated ITS are prefixed with itsp/. To display the documentation of a parameter, in the field Parameter Name enter the value itsp/*, select an entry from the list of ITS-specific parameters, and in the details screen choose Documentation. As a rule, there will be no need to modify these parameters.

Service Parameters of the Integrated ITS

You maintain the parameters for an ITS service (Logon Procedure, Anonymous Logon Data, Service Options, Security Requirements, Basic Authentication and customized error pages) with transaction SICF. Additional service parameters can be found in the GUI Link Settings (Create/Change a Service, Register Service Data, Group Service Options, button Settings)."). For ITS services,GUI Link must be set to Y. For more information, see Using ICF.

For a detailed description of the additional service parameters, you can also refer to the sections Parameters for Administrators and Parameters for Developers in this documentation. To deactivate one of these parameters, place the comment character # in front of the parameter name (for example, #~exitUrl).

The setting of the parameters ~client, ~login, ~password, and ~language in SICF does not influence the logon behavior. In the ITS context of a running session, your value will be overwritten with the logon data used to start this session, in order to allow existing Internet Application Components (IACs) to access these values in templates (for downward compatibility). If you want to specify logon parameters in the URL used to start a service, use sap-client, sap-language instead.

Service Templates and MIME Files

Use transaction SE80 to maintain the HTML Business templates and MIME files required for ITS services. For more information, see Web Application Builder for ITS Services.
