Depending on the country where the employee is employed (MOLGA) and based on the component configuration HRESS_CC_PER_CONFIG, some or all of the international screens are replaced with localized screens. For more information, see Maintaining the Application Configuration Controller (AppCC).

For Russia, there is an international overview screen and a localized detail screen, which enable employees to display and maintain their address data from the Addresses infotype (0006) in a format specific to Russia.

In Russia, all addresses are stored in the KLADR address database. You use data in the KLADR address database to simplify the procedure of entering addresses and to reduce the number of errors in official forms that you file with the authorities. The Russia-specific service contains a link to the KLADR address data that you upload to your system (see Prerequisites below).
