Creates a fluent helper object that will fetch a single WorkItem entity with the provided key field values. To perform execution, call the execute method on the fluent helper object.

Parameters:

workpackageID - Plan Item

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 50

servicePath - Service path to be used to fetch a single WorkItem

workitem - Work Item ID

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 10
