Procedure documentationDestroying Garnishments Data Using HRCDEPF

You can use the archiving object HR: Garnishments (HRCDEPF) to destroy garnishments data. Garnishments data is regarded as personal data in terms of data privacy. Therefore, for data privacy reasons, it may be necessary to destroy this data after a defined retention period has been reached.

In particular, this archiving object destroys data from the following infotypes:

Infotype

0114

Note Note

The archiving object also destroys dependent data. To display a complete overview of the relevant database tables, choose DB Tables in archive administration (transaction SARA).

End of the note.

The system checks whether the wage types used in the data records of the infotypes 0115 and 0117 are also used in the data records of the infotypes 0014 and 0015. If there is such a use, the system informs you of this. If required, you can also destroy these data records. For more information about destroying data records of the infotypes 0014 and 0015, see Destroying Remuneration Data with HRPA_REMUN.

When data is destroyed successfully, the system generates a destruction log (infotype 0283) and modifies the payroll status (infotype 0003).
