Destroying German Tax Data Using HRCDETX
You can use the archiving object HR: German Tax Data
(HRCDEXT
) to destroy German tax data. German tax data is regarded as personal data in terms of data privacy. Therefore, for data privacy reasons, it may be necessary to destroy this data after a defined retention period has been reached.
In particular, this archiving object destroys data from the following infotypes:

Note
The archiving object also destroys dependent data. To display a complete overview of the relevant database tables, choose DB Tables
in archive administration (transaction SARA
).
When data is destroyed successfully, the system generates a destruction log (infotype 0283) and modifies the payroll status (infotype 0003).
